JYC was born in 2017 when Reece Johnson & Brent Young formed a partnership which saw the already established Brent Young Cranes transition into a new era as Johnson & Young Cranes (JYC).
Since this partnership began, Johnson & Young Cranes has seen exponential growth, building a fit for purpose crane fleet that is exemplified by the addition of two Liebherr LTM1750-9.1 800t capacity mobile cranes, ensuring that JYC can safely and efficiently undertake even the most complex of lifts.
With the increase in fleet and team numbers, the need for multiple depots was identified, and now with depots in Campbellfield, Dandenong South and smaller satellite depots in Preston, Laverton & Geelong, JYC are well positioned to mobilise anywhere in Victoria and beyond to assist our customers with their lifting needs.
Our unwavering commitment to excellence has led to JYC being involved in some of the largest Major Infrastructure, Level Crossing Removal, Building and Wind Farm Maintenance projects in Australia.
Johnson & Young Cranes are an accredited company with the Crane Industry Council Of Australia (CICA) which has allowed us to be a part of the larger picture & remain at the forefront of the crane industry.
Johnson & Young Cranes are ISO certified, holding certifications for ISO 9001:2015 (Quality management systems), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental management systems) and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational health and safety management systems).
Our ISO & CICA certifications demonstrate the services that we provide to our clients and the broader industry are safe, reliable and of the highest quality.
